Return Policy

While we do our upmost to get your lovely flowers delivered to the recipient in a timely fashion. We are at the mercy of Auckland Traffic, however, & occasionally things don't go according to plan. Should you have any concerns about your order not being delivered when you expect please call us as soon as you can. The sooner we know there is an issue, the sooner we can determine what has happened & get cracking to fix it.

If you are not satisfied with the product ordered please contact within 24 hours to receive a full replacement or refund. Complaints after 24 hours will be treated on a case by case basis due to the perishable nature of our products. The normal vase life of cut flowers is 5-10 days, depending on many circumstances, & we may only offer a partial refund or placement in some cases.

All flowers are delivered with a care card attached with easy to follow instructions to improve the longevity of your gift.
