Just A Little Note About Deliveries
While we do our upmost to get your lovely flowers delivered to the recipient in a timely fashion. We are at the mercy of Auckland Traffic, however, & occasionally things don't go according to plan. Should you have any concerns about your order not being delivered when you expect please call us as soon as you can. The sooner we know there is an issue, the sooner we can determine what has happened & get cracking to fix it.
Auckland Zone 1 Delivery (Not Time Critical) $16
Zone 1 includes all the suburbs between East Coast Bays up to Torbay, Albany Heights, Albany (Not Rural), Greenhithe (Not Rural), Hobsonville, Hobsonville Point, West Harbour, Massey (Not Rural), Swanson (Not Rural), Henderson, Titirangi Village, Mangere (including Airport), Papakura, Takanini, Manukau City, Pakuranga, Howick, Bucklands Beach, St Helliers, Mission Bay & Devonport. There are two scheduled pick ups from our studio each weekday by our Dedicated Floral Courier. The pick up times are 10Am & 1.30PM. On Saturdays there is only the one scheduled pick up time of 10AM. The cut off time to get your order on one of these scheduled pick up times is 30 minutes prior. On weekdays there is an additional four hour service of an On Call Courier. Orders for this courier can be processed up to 4PM on weekdays only. If you are unsure that your suburb is included in this area please call us or send us an email & we will be more than happy to advise you.
Auckland Zone 1 Delivery Time Critical $25
This is a faster service to the above zone for weekdays only. It is not available on Saturdays. An example of when you might choose this delivery option is if you want to send flowers to someone for a special morning tea presentation but have less than 3 hours before the event we can arrange an urgent courier to do the job. Or perhaps you are concerned that the recipient is leaving work at a specific time this service means that we can choose a faster service. If you need help deciding if this is the best service for you call us & we can advise you.
Outer Auckland Zone 2 Delivery (Not Time Critical) $25
This zone includes the following suburbs:
North- Albany R.D, Greenhithe, Okura, Red Vale, Schnapper Rock
South - Alfriston, Ardmore, Drury, Karaka,
West - French Bay, Henderson Valley, Herald Island, Huia Road (up to #100), Massey R.D., Oratia, Scenic Drive (up to #100), South Titirangi, Swanson R.D, Waima, Whenuapai, Wood Bay & Woodlands Park.
Delivery to these areas are done at the end of each week day by our Dedicated Floral Courier & late afternoon on Saturdays. In some instances on weekdays we can organise for your flowers to go overnight in water for an earlier delivery the next day. Please make sure we have as much information as possible about the delivery address, in particular with Rural Deliveries, to help our courier find it. If you're not sure whether the delivery address is in this zone please call us & we will check it for you.
Outer Auckland Zone 3 Delivery (Not Time Critical) $35
This zone includes the following suburbs:
North - Arkles Bay, Army Bay, Coatesville, Dairy Flat, Orewa, Paremoremo, Red Beach, Silverdale, Stanmore Bay, Stillwater, Whangaparaoa
South - Kingseat, Pukekohe Township, Ramarama, Runciman
East - Whitford
West - Huapai, Huia Road (#101 - #500), Kumeu, Laingholm, Riverhead Township, Scenic Drive (#101 - #12000, Taupaki, Waiatarua, Waitakere
Deliveries to these areas are done at the end of each weekday by our Dedicated Floral Courier & late afternoon on Saturdays. South - Bombay, Brookby, Clevedon, Hunua, Pokeno, Tuakau, Waiuku
East - Beachlands, Maraetai
West - Muriwai, Waimauku
Deliveries to these areas are done at the end of each weekday by our Dedicated Floral Courier & late afternoon on Saturdays.
